We REPAIR JEWELLERY made of Gold, Platinum or Silver only. 

  • -The average turn around is 7-10 days. 
  • -We must examine jewellery in person before any go ahead.
  • -Same day service can be done for an extra fee (2-4 hours is required). 
  • -Gem setting client diamonds or gemstones is done at Client Risk (client must insure their own gems)
  • -We can do minor repairs on watches inhouse, for major watch repairs we refer off-site.
  • -If you are shipping contact us first
  • -Mark all international customs declarations "RETURN FOR WARRANTY REPAIR - MADE IN CANADA"
  • -Always ask your shipper to provide confirmation of delivery.  Do not use UPS or DHL.
