Triquetra Ring in green gold

This 14K green gold ring is a 4.5mm wide Triquetra Eternity band. The Triquetra is the first Celtic interlace dating to 600-650CE). It is based on the early Celtic spiral Triskele from 500BCE. The earliest Triquetra artifacts are found in Scotland (Meigle) and Ireland (Durrow). They also represent eternity of the sun and moon in a never ending cycle of the year. Green gold has a pale yellow green hue and the high lustre of the precious metal.
