Celtic Wren Earrings

Dec 7, 2019 | Animals & Mythology, Birds, Spirals

The matching earring set for the Celtic Wren pendant.  The link to the larger pendant is here. This set pictured here is in solid sterling silver with an antiqued background to see the unique spiral design. They can be made in gold as well. In folklore the wee wren is known as the King of All Birds because of their wit and wisdom.  The small earrings measure 2.2 x 1.5 cm each and can be made with a lever-back or dropball stud.

The original artifact found near Garryduff Cork Ireland. It is on display at the Cork Museum.
