This breathtaking design was suggested to us by our client who wanted us to incorporate some of her family gold materiel and gemstones. Its a nice size at 4cm in diameter and was made to fit with a 5mm omega chain. The large diamonds are from heirloom rings and one is nearly 100 years old.
